Also, these companies are ones that could not fully develop, due to their past circumstances. These are the ones we want in our portfolio and that can grow from our investment... As a value investor, we are entrepreneurs, not speculators. We are looking for companies at a discount to their ‘intrinsic value'. We seek to benefit from the dividends and long-term capital gains of these companies... The management of Schill Holding offers the investment of equity as well as advising companies and investors. This could be possible, for example under a management service contract or a supervisory mandate.
