Scotlay Farm Eggs is a sustainable free range egg production and retail centre nestling alongside the A77 trunk road just north of Maybole in Ayrshire. A trail blazer in the Scottish egg industry, Scotlay has several small production units, six of which are mobile integrated production units, powered by wind and solar energy, that are towed to fresh pasture between flocks.
