SCOTTISH INVESTIGATORS FORUM (SIF)

The Scottish Association of Investigators was born out of the Scottish Investigators Forum (SIF), an organisation founded in March 2000. At its Annual General Meeting in 2008, the SIF resolved to reform itself as a new professional association, The Scottish Association of Investigators, taking over the membership, responsibilities, assets and liabilities of the SIF... The Scottish Association of Investigators is the leading Scottish body representing professional investigators in the private sector. It is recognised as the pre-eminent association of investigators in Scotland by Skills for Security, and is endorsed and supported by both The Institute of Professional Investigators and The Association of British Investigators.
