Jonathan is the founder of Save All Shots Goalkeeper coaching and has already established himself as one of the brightest young goalkeeper coaches in the Yorkshire area.
Jonathan currently holds his Level 1, 2 + 3 (UEFA ‘B') outfield coaching badges as well as his Level 1,2 & 3 UEFA B Goalkeeping badges. He is currently working towards his UEFA A Licence Outfield coaching qualification. Jonathan is First Aid qualified, Child Protection qualified, holds a full clean CRB Check and is fully insured. He is also a member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club.
Jonathan began his playing career at the age of six when he joined his local Sunday League team Rawmarsh St Joseph's. Jonathan spent 8 years with St Joseph's before being scouted by Rotherham United FC. He spent six weeks training there before being offered a contract. After progressing through the age groups Jonathan was then offered a scholarship with Rotherham in 2004. Jonathan was a regular in the youth team and reserves throughout his two-year scholarship as well as making numerous appearances on the first team bench at the age of just seventeen.
