Silver Lotus Training Institute is located in southern Delaware in the coastal communities including Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, Milton and Ocean View. We offer health centered programs in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation. We are an institute without walls, working and playing in senior centers, dance studios, yoga studios and various other community locations.
