Damien Benson

Damien is the Director and Principal of Spectrum Healthcare and 4D Health and Performance (4DHP). He currently holds over 20 years of experience in clinical practice. Damien's initial university training was at Macquarie University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology. He subsequently moved on to a master's in Chiropractic Science, completing this in 2002. More recently, he has completed his Master's in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) at Edith Cowan University. Damien first started Spectrum Healthcare 14 years ago in North Ryde. He progressed into the occupational space working alongside the return-to-work team, providing onsite physiotherapy, chiropractic, health screens and pre-employment screen services to fast-track workplace injuries for both Linfox and Coles at their distribution centres. Six years ago, Damien and two other business partners set up the 4D Health and Performance on Clarence Street in the Sydney CBD. 4DHP is a state-of-the-art health and performance facility focusing on elite-level athletes and corporate office workers. Damien has worked in professional tennis and golfing fields over the past eight years. Previously Damien has worked with the Women's Tennis Association's female players Peng Shuai, Zheng Saisai and Zarina Dyas. This has led him to work at international tournaments such as The Australian Open and Dubai Open. He is the current Sports Chiropractor for the Australian PGA golf, working at the Australian, NSW, VIC, WA Open and the Australian PGA in QLD. He works alongside physios, massage therapists and Sports Doctors on the medical team. He is also assisting with Eastwood Rugby overseeing the physio and S&C services.

Disha Bhuta

Disha has completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a postgraduate Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. Disha has a keen interest in the biomechanics of the human body and applies a multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of a wide range of spinal and sporting injuries. She utilises a number of modalities including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, dry needling, cupping and exercise rehabilitation. In August 2019 Disha was fortunate to travel to the USA with Saisai Zheng (no.37 ranked WTA ranked tennis player) and treated at the US Open in New York and lead up tournaments throughout the East Coast. She also had the pleasure of working with the Sydney Ice Dogs (NIHL) as the head sports chiropractor.

Domenic Nasso

Domenic is an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA). Domenic has more than 10 years of experience working with general population, corporate health and WorkCover right through to junior and elite-level athletic development. Domenic is also the Corporate Health and Lifestyle advisor for Asics Australia, Genea and Nexia. His passion for education lead him in 2017 to join the EXOS education team as an International consultant. As part of the EXOS team, Domenic delivers the EXOS coursework internationally, collaborating with coaches from around the world. Domenic has had the pleasure of working with athletes and teams from a broad spectrum of sports. This has guided his understanding of the subtle difference between the physical requirements of particular athletic pursuits. Domenic's scope of work includes devising rehabilitation programs within private practice, alongside Workers' Compensation and CTP cases.

Kristin Cameron

Kristin is a physiotherapist with over ten years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She graduated from the University of Otago with Credit in 2012 and has worked in both New Zealand and Australia over the years. She has worked with athletes of all levels and has been involved with Otago rugby union, Otago rugby sevens, touch football Victoria, and touch football Australia both on the field and in the clinic. Kristin believes strongly in a holistic approach to treatment, combining appropriate manual therapy techniques with a strong rehabilitation program to get the best result with every client. She believes communication is key above all else and will work hard to create an individual treatment plan depending on the client goals, while still looking at the bigger picture. Kristin has Workcover accreditation and is qualified in GEMt dry needling. She has a special interest in the biomechanics of the lower limb, especially pertaining to knee injuries, as well as the nuances of recovery of the female athlete. She has a strong background in spinal injuries, including post-operative recovery.

Lauren Marshall

Lauren is passionate about understanding the biomechanics of the human body and improving functionality and movement through various modalities. Lauren achieved her Masters in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa in 2013. Prior to moving to Australia, Lauren went on to run her own practice for four years in Johannesburg. She has experience and a keen interest in both the general population and a variety of sports injuries. Lauren offers comprehensive treatment for every individual patient as she understands that no single approach works for everyone.

Navneet Mahajan

Navneet is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Navneet has accumulated a variety of insightful exercise physiology experiences working with musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and pelvic floor health. Navneet completed her honours research project in first class working with one of the top functional electrical stimulation rehabilitation researchers in NSW and studied effects of functional electrical stimulation rehabilitation in persons with neurological injury or disease such as, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, peripheral nerve disease. Navneet's scope of work includes designing rehabilitation program within private practice, workers compensation and chronic disease management.

Wesley Adora

Wesley brings a healthcare service that cares. After completing his training at the University of Sydney, Wesley developed an interest in sports rehab and performance. He completed an internship at one of Sydney's premier athlete performance and rehab facilities to develop expertise in sports rehabilitation alongside amateur and professional athletes. He also worked as a performance coach in rugby union and as a physiotherapist in NPL football with UNSW. Rational application of exercise rehabilitation and expert hands-on techniques such as dry needling, cupping and deep-tissue massage leads Wesley to provide a high-quality treatment experience. In his free time, you can find Wesley playing the guitar, on the ultimate frisbee field or serving at his local church.
