Welcome to St Mary's School Dunedin. We are a family focused school. Our school caters for learners from New Entrant until Year Six. At St Mary's we pride ourselves on meeting the learning needs for all of our children. We have well-resourced learning spaces both inside and outside of the classroom. Our teachers are experienced in multi-levelled classroom teaching and in meeting the needs for a variety of learners... At St Mary's our goal is to ensure that every child is given every opportunity possible to develop and gro w through our inclusive and holistic curriculum. We prepare our learners to belong, believe, and achieve with confidence to meet the challenges that life brings... At St Mary's we use the latest research into literacy and follow a structured literacy approach. This means that all children including children who shows signs of neurodiversity are supported and nurtured through the process of reading, spelling and writing.
