Construction runs in the family. Chuck's great grandfather, a Spokane pioneer builder, was responsible for building the Westminster Congregational Church, Elgin Apartments, J.C. Case warehouse, the Monaghan residence, the Norland Hotel, the P.J. Graves home and various others...
