Becky Edgren

Becky has over 25 years of business leadership, ownership and management experience encompassing manufacturing, start-ups, franchises, and family business. Her most recent acquisition was a startup franchise which she grew to one of the top franchises in the network in her first five years in business. Having owned multiple businesses throughout her career, Becky recognizes the challenges CEO's face in finding the time and resources to identify and overcome the roadblocks that stifle growth. Becky has her Bachelor of Arts from Capital University and her Master of Business Administration from Capella University. She has served on numerous advisory boards for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, regularly speaks to business and civic organizations and is currently a volunteer with SCORE. She enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband Roy and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Dave Dudon

Dave was formerly a partner in The Mutual Group, in which he served as CEO and President of Mutual Tool & Die, American Heat Treating and Mt. Sterling Industries for over 15 years during which he increased revenue by more than 200%. Dave served 6 years on the National Tooling and Machining Association Executive Board. His last year was as Chairman and CEO, during which he traveled the United States promoting the importance of networking in the tooling and machining industry. Dave has also served on numerous advisory boards for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He currently teaches courses on family business as an adjunct professor in UD's MBA program. Dave is an avid golfer and reader. He and his wife, Mary Anne, recently celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary. They have three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Ellen Bryson

Ellen has 25 years of business leadership and management experience in the telecommunications industry. She was the General Manager of LincNet, a Louisiana statewide fiber optic network, and the Chief Manager of IRIS Networks, a Tennessee wholesale carrier's carrier network. Under her leadership, IRIS achieved positive net income a year ahead of projections in a severely depressed telecommunications market. In 2004, IRIS was recognized as one of Nashville's Future 50 and Tennessee's Future 50. Ellen currently serves as President of the Nashville Downtown District YMCA Board and was recently honored as the 2010 Volunteer of the Year. She is a member of the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America Executive Board and serves on the Marketing and Extravaganza Committees. She is a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Franklin and chairs the Global Outreach effort. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia.

John Anderson

As co-owner and President of Gorman's Business Interiors, John increased sales from $4.5 million to $12 million in five years. His success was largely attributed to an innovative reward system that enjoyed accolades from several leading business publications. In addition to founding the Detroit Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, John has been a member of the Greater Detroit Chamber CEO Roundtable, a board member of Leadership Oakland, and is an alumnus of the INC./YEO/MIT Birthing of Giants program. He currently serves on the Oakland County Business Roundtable Committee. Having built, led, and advised companies in a wide range of public and private industries, John helps executives and entrepreneurs develop vision, build strong management teams, and increase results at all levels. He also specializes in building functional management teams of family businesses, creating organizational alignment between family and non-family members. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.

In later years as an entrepreneur, Prafulla purchased one company and built two more from scratch. Having honed his talents as an executive, an entrepreneur, and a small business owner, Prafulla is proficient in strategic planning, marketing, finance, general management and business development. Prafulla is also a public speaker on business and motivational topics.
