Ashley Ezell, Buyer Specialist, works with buyers of all backgrounds to pursue their island lifestyle dreams, whether it is their first home, dream home, or investment property. Ashley has spent the past 10 years working in sales and client satisfaction as a Team Manager at Event Supplies and Services (ESS). While also working in the family business of ESS, Ashley earned a degree and graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor's in Biology and Minor Chemistry. Upon graduating, Ashley had plans to jump straight into the workforce, but as a Military Spouse, the Navy had other plans. After moving from duty station to duty station, Ashley and her husband finally landed here in Hawaii where she has finally found a career that fits this crazy lifestyle!
In her free time, Ashley enjoys anything outdoors (except running), working out, going to the beach and spending time with her husband, two dogs Lori and Chief and raising their new baby girl. Ashley is highly motivated to get her clients the best home for their needs and for the best price because everyone should be able to own a piece of paradise!

Attilio Leonardi is a native of the North Shore of Oahu, and has dedicated his professional career to helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Along with Adrienne Lally, he is the co-owner and co-leader for Team Lally, which is a part of Keller Williams Honolulu. Since 2005, they have grown the team into one of the largest in Hawaii. When the market shifted in 2007, Team Lally added a new focus: distressed properties and short sales. Team Lally has completed well over 300 short sales during the peak and grew this as a core focus.
In 2014 Adrienne and Attilio partnered up with Duke KimHan to build out a second brand and brokerage around property management. Hawaii Pacific Property Management has organically grown to 850 properties under management and one of the top 5 largest property management companies in Hawaii. Team Lally has added an additional focus in divorce real estate, with both Adrienne and Attilio becoming Certified Divorce Real Estate Experts through The Illumni Institute.
If you ask Attilio, what has led to his success, he would attribute it to his Real Estate Team, his business partner, Adrienne Lally, and his family who have all contributed to the life he leads today. Along with the professional designations of Realtor, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Broker, Attilio lists Real Estate Talk Show host to his work experience. Debbie Voos, Buyer Specialist, works closely with clients looking to buy a home or investment property here on Oahu. Debbie has worked in the sales industry for many years before becoming a real estate agent with Team Lally. She has worked closely helping others achieve success in the advertising and in the furniture industry. She looks forward to helping people from all over find their dream homes here in paradise. Debbie graduated from Salisbury State University with a B.A. in Health Science.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys being in the beautiful water of Oahu through surfing, diving and swimming. She loves Muay Thai, boxing, attending workout classes, and beach runs with her doggies. Debbie believes that living your life with integrity, honesty, and the passion to help others will always guide you in the right direction. Debbie is truly a person who cares for her clients. She will always have her clients best interests in mind throughout the buying process. She is devoted to working together as a team to get the best results out of everything we need to do to find that perfect home.

Monika Fernandez, Buyer Specialist, understands that purchasing a home requires extensive research, time, communication and patience. She commits to a high standard of service to all of her buyers; first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers alike. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Rehab Science at UH Manoa and joined Team Lally with years of experience working in a children's hospital. Working amongst different professionals and patients in healthcare has prepared her for her role in real estate: she works beside driven team members and she works for clients with their own set of individual needs.

Olivia Lin, serves as the Director of Agent Training and Buyer Specialist for Team Lally. She is in charge of training and onboarding new agents on the team. As a buyer specialist, she also works with buyers of all backgrounds to achieve their next home, whether it is their first home, dream home, or investment property. Olivia has spent the past 10 years working in client experience and satisfaction. Olivia graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Biology, upon graduation she realized that she wanted to explore her goal of real estate and searched for the best team in the industry on the island of Oahu to support her dreams.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys gardening, experimenting with new recipes, playing with her dogs Beau and Sammy, and playing home building games. Olivia strongly believes in and lives by the saying, "stop being afraid of what can go wrong and start being positive about what can go right". Seeing clients ecstatic about their new home and knowing that she contributed to that feeling is what motivates Olivia to do what she does. She is constantly on the lookout for finding the best homes at the best price to provide only the greatest for her clients.
During her tenure so far with the team, Laura has earned her PSA designation, has been directly involved in over 150 transactions, and is currently earning her Broker's License.
