Thomas Nicholls

Job Titles:
  • Property Manager
Thomas's background is in Sales and Communication. He brings a charismatic and personable side to the table. He is relatively new to Property Management but has quickly learned the industry and its ever-changing laws and regulations. His skills are communication, thinking outside the box, and managing people. Thomas moved to Eugene in 2018 from the Big Sky state, Montana. He came down for sales but quickly became disheartened by viewing people as "numbers". He wanted a team that shared his desire to help people, and he found that at Trio. He was hired in January of 2022 and quickly found what he was looking for. A team that's goal was to help, and an industry where "sales" still mattered, but not as much as the people. In his time off you might find him at the local sand volleyball courts, local coffee shops or bakeries, or the coast!
