Adam Hendry is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Executive who believes in building performance-focused organizations by developing people, processes, and culture. As CEO of Tzadik Management, Adam has led efforts to develop a continuous improvement mindset and establish best practices across all managed portfolios. Assuring everyone is focused on growth and on the processes that impact controllable property expenses in a way that aligns with the company's purpose, brand promises, employer brand, and values. Adam Hendry has over 15 years and more than 25,000 units of progressive management experience in the real- state and property management industry, with significant emphasis on strategic planning and the establishment and management of long-term strategic partnerships. His market knowledge, financial acumen, and experience in opportunity analysis have been critical to his success in foreseeing potential market opportunities and proactively building and positioning a highly motivated and flexible organization to take advantage. While his ability to think "out of the box" has enabled him to lead his team in developing operational models that better align to strategic and performance objectives. A charismatic and visionary leader with a bias for action; Adam Hendry passionately focused on developing and growing a workforce that the competition would envy, relationships with tenants that cause them to be raving fans, and vendors/partners that speak highly of Tzadik Management (both as individuals and the organization as a whole). It is all done in a scale-able and repeatable way across the properties as the company proliferates through acquisition. Tzadik's CEO Adam Hendry recently founded L'Chaim Farm, a family-oriented farm that offers Kosher products, horseback riding lessons, after school programs for children, stall rentals, and events and party rentals. The urban farm, which is located in the heart of an orthodox Jewish neighborhood bordering Dania Beach and Hollywood, FL, is the only Cholov Yisroel Kosher Farm in Florida.

Brenda Ferguson

Brenda Ferguson is the Regional Manager for our Sioux Falls, SD properties. She works closely with the Community Managers to assist them in day-to-day operations to ensure the overall success of the properties. She has worked in the property management industry for 7 years with most of her experience being in the LIHTC and Section 8 programs, starting as a Community Manger and working her way up to Regional Manager. Brenda has a Certified Profession of Occupancy designation with plans of working towards a Certified Apartment Manager designation in the near future. Brenda has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and previously worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. She grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors.

Christina Alletto - CHRO

Christina Alletto, CPM® is the Chief People Officer of Tzadik Management, an industry leading Multi-Family Property management company based in Miami, Florida. Christina is also the President of JM Real Estate, Inc. a commercial management, leasing and sales company based in Brevard County, Florida.JM Real Estate and Tzadik Management formed a partnership in 2020. For most of Christina's career, she worked with a small owner and developer, helping transform a small company from 300 units to over 20,000 condominiums. She has played her hand at every level from property management, working all the way to President of a New York Property Management Company. She has immense experience in evaluating market trends and has executed these skills across many different regions. In addition to executing a $117 Million deal, Christina has overseen a multitude of varied projects including Lease Ups, New Construction, Historical Preservation and much more. Christina joined Tzadik Management in 2016 as Chief Revenue Officer. She works closely with Tzadik's Regional Teams to improve efficiency and productivity while strategically placing talent where necessary to maximize potential. Her vision and execution of streamlined processes supported the company's reduction of total expenses by over 20%. Christina helped establish an example for routinely meeting budget goals while setting the standard for quality customer service and productivity. The implementation of precise KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) serve as the biggest impact Christina has had on Tzadik's management operations, with annual performance up 23% since their inception. Christina's eye for talent and opportunity facilitated Tzadik's segue into a new management structure, establishing the new Regional Vice President position within the company. This change allowed Christina to take on a much larger role in the company's client development efforts. This propelled Tzadik's expansion into Texas, South Dakota, Nebraska and Missouri all within 6 months. She was also involved in the development and coordination of more than $500,000,000 in capital improvements and new construction in efforts to help reposition the acquired assets, routinely meeting budget goals. Christina currently heads the companies Human Resources, Marketing and Training Departments. Working closely each department, Christina has helped gain a stronger pulse on employee engagement, training opportunities and customer satisfaction, and have helped create massive strides in each category. From varying surveys to industry leading response platforms, Christina has helped keep Tzadik and JM ahead of the industry in these fields. Christina makes a point to go out and to learn one new thing per day, and help others learn and expand on their practice. She has brought several training techniques and practices to the company that have paid dividends in helping ensure best business practices.

Lucas Grassano - CFO

Lucas is the Vice President of Finance at Tzadik Management. He oversees the entire financing and refinancing cycle from underwriting to closing, working with the investment team in raising debt, and the integration with operations and other company departments. With a very analytical and results-oriented approach, Lucas always improves how we underwrite and analyze deals to maximize returns to our company and our investors. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and is passionate about researching and learning about market cycles and their impacts on Real Estate and investments. Lucas Has been involved with Real Estate investment his entire career with a diverse background in project management, construction, and development.

Tessa Frank is a licensed real estate agent. With Tzadik since April of 2019, Tessa oversees all general office duties and day-to-day operations for the Midwest region. Interacting directly with Regional and Community Managers, Tessa ensures that each property is performing to its maximum potential. She holds a Business Administration Degree with the University Phoenix, has a Housing Credit Certified Professional Designation, Site Compliance Specialist Designation, National Compliance Professional - Executive Designation and is currently working toward achieving her Certified Property Manager Designation. She started her career in property management in 2010 when she moved to Dickinson, ND. A firm believer of leading by example, her teams ability to look to her as an illustration of how to approach their job is what makes her such a valuable asset to our team. Despite several years in the industry, Tessa is not afraid to apply unconventional and innovate solutions to any given problem, constantly expanding her horizons in the process.
