Wye River Upper School is on a mission to change the lives of high school students who think and learn outside of the box. We are a college-preparatory high school that offers a high-quality education to students that face learning challenges including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia; ADHD; students who are high functioning on the spectrum... At WRUS, we provide a safe and nurturing learning environment filled with opportunities for young adults. Our staff is especially adept at creating educational experiences that support each learner's emotional and social growth. We've become wiser, more empathetic, and more profound thinkers through our intensive professional development program and our devotion to remaining up to speed on all research regarding the education of students with ADHD, dyslexia, and high functioning autism.
