695 Space is compliant with San Francisco, California, and Federal COVID-19 requirements. We run our HVAC fans 24/7 to ensure good air circulation. All spaces are provided with an optional HEPA air purifier with UV-C sanitization on request to reduce the risk of exposure... The space spans approximately 100 sq ft and comes with a custom U-shaped desk, task chair, custom shelving, power strip, and a connection to central shop air. This space accommodates 1-3 people. Curtains and bulletin/white boards are removable as you see fit... Located at 695 Minnesota St on the top/2 nd floor in the Dogpatch District. Includes access to kitchen, two multi-occupant bathrooms, and a private call room. Offices are located in corner of building with excellent natural lighting, wooden floors, and zone-dimmable LED lighting
