The Australian Academy of Parkour, Exercise and Self Defence (AAPES). Located in Sydney offering adults and kids classes, birthday parties, school holiday workshops and more!... Our team of experienced and dedicated coaches are committed to helping each and every member of our gym achieve their goals, whether they are beginners just starting out, or experienced practitioners looking to refine their skills. We offer a variety of classes and training sessions that cater to different levels and interests, from introductory parkour classes for beginners to advanced training for seasoned practitioners... It teaches us to overcome obstacles, push our limits, and develop a strong mind-body connection. We strive to create a community where members can learn from one another, challenge themselves, and have fun while doing it.
