Gentian Ruci has a Master of Science Degree in Computer Engineering. He has e long career in different industries like Telecomunication, Automotive, Television and Advertising, Media Production, Marketing and Sales in different positions like Team Leader, Project Manager and other executive roles in the companies he has been working for. His professional experience covers Graphic Design (2D & 3D), Web Development, IT System Administration & DevOps, Billing Systems, Project Management, Marketing, Advertising & PR, etc. He owns a PRINCE2 certification for project management. He is leading several projects in Ark IT, like EasyWeb@Openstack, Easy Web Cloud @Edge, EasyWeb Smart Space & IoT, etc. Also, he covers the communication with the vendors and partners in Ark IT.

Suela Luzi, a dynamic and enthusiastic professional, joined Ark IT in late 2022. Since her arrival, she has consistently demonstrated a proactive and collaborative approach, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. Suela is an alumna of Epoka University. In 2022, she graduated with a degree in Business Informatics. During her academic journey, Suela stood out for her exceptional skills and consistently achieved very satisfactory results. At Ark IT, Suela has been an essential member of the Front-end development team. Her role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptualizing user interfaces to implementing intricate coding structures. She has played a significant part in several projects ranging from seismology, citizen's volunteering and more.
