Ina Eng brings approximately 17 years of experience working for various benefits consulting firms, local, national and international. She has also worked for various insurance companies ranging from one of the largest life insurers to one of the smallest insurers. Her areas of specialization include underwriting and financial arrangements, pricing, designing and implementing of employee benefit programs. She has worked with small, medium and major employers and organizations, both in the profit and non-profit sectors. Her experience also includes working with individual business owners. Ina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and the GBA designation. Prior to this, she held various positions including Supervisor of Underwriting, Consultant, Benefits Analyst and Pricing & Products Analyst. Ina and Rudy have a thorough knowledge of the market and were able to offer an affordable plan customized to the needs of our employees. Rudy Maharajh brings approximately 25 years of experience in the insurance industry working with companies ranging from one of the largest life insurers to one of the smallest. In his past roles, he has served as the Actuary managing the Actuarial Pricing, Underwriting, Contracts, Product Research, Design and Development departments. During his career, Rudy also worked with the Corporate, Accounting/Finance, Pensions, Investment, Claims, Administrative and Marketing departments. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies (BSc). Rudy has served on several Canadian Institute of Actuaries and Canadian Life & Health Insurance Association committees.
