Dr Alun Roberts is a metallurgical and mechanical engineer with a 25 year career in asset management consulting including as Director of The Asset Partnership and as a Principal with PwC. He was trained and accredited by the late John Moubray of Aladon LLC as an RCM2 Practitioner and along with his other colleagues at AXYS has made a significant contribution over this period to the development of RCM in Australasia. Additionally, Alun is a founding member of the Institute of Asset Management and worked extensively in helping organisations implement asset management systems aligned to ISO 55000 and BSI PAS 55.

Phil has made a significant contribution to the development of RCM and its implementation in wide variety of industries.

Shane Chiddy holds an Associate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical), is an Officer of the Institution of Engineers (Australia) and is a member of the Maintenance Engineering Society of Australia (MESA) and the Mining Electrical and Mining Mechanical Engineering Society (MEMMES). He is certified as a Functional Safety Engineer by TÜV Rheinland for both Safety Instrumented Systems and Machine Safety. Shane was trained and accredited by the late John Moubray of Aladon LLC as an RCM2 practitioner, and has conducted a number of extensive RCM analyses and delivered training in the mining, defence and telecommunications industries.

Tony Cartwright holds a Master of Science with Distinction (OHS) and an Advanced Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is a Chartered Generalist OHS Professional with the Safety Institute of Australia and a Registered Safety Professional. Tony has expertise and experience in design, development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of risk management systems including accredited quality, health and safety, contractor, emergency and injury management and other programs aimed at reducing catastrophic risk. He has over 19 years' experience in specialising in the health, safety and risk profession in a variety of industry sectors with 12 years' experience in senior management roles.

He is an authorised TÜV Functional Safety trainer delivering Functional Machine Safety training for Rockwell Automation customers in the Asia Pacific region.
