BAHAMA BITERS

The Bahama Biters Group is a collaboration between experienced Bahamian fishermen and experienced US seafood individuals... Our fisherman return to the wharf each afternoon and the claws are immediately cooked and chilled in a HACCP and FDA approved, brand new processing facility. The following morning at 7:30 the crabs are flown to Florida and are placed into distribution by 9:00am, less than 24 hours from harvest.
