Brigadier Oreeditse Sheriff Tsamaase is currently the Acting Director of Financial Resources Management at the Botswana Defense Force (BDF), and also holds the position of Deputy Director of Financial Resources Management, Defence Strategic Plan and Resources Plrogramming, both since 2013. He previously held the position of Director of Appropriated Funds, Finance Branch at the BFD HQ for a preiod of 4 years. He has held various positions within the Force Detachement Commander, Finance Branch BDF HQ, Straff Officer Training and Doctrine and ChiefAdministration Officer, Air Defence Unit, Air Arm.

Mr Tshepiso Mbereki is currently the Chief Administration Officer at the Department of Environmental Affairs, a post he has held since 2019. He was previously the Principal Administration Officer - Human Resources at the Department of National Museum. He holds a BA in Social Sciences, Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Botswana. He also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from Association of Business Executes (UK) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College.

Mr K.N Motshegwa is currently the Secretary General of Botswana Land Boards Services, Local Authorities and Health Workers Union (BLLAHWU), a post which he has held since 2011. His responsibilities include heading the Human Resource and Administrative Operations of the union as well as being the Negotiator for the union.
He was a Clerk of the Council with the City of Francistown for 3 years before he joined the union.
Mr Motshegwa holds a BA in Social Sciences obtained from The University of Botswana, and has upskilled himself with many short courses including Leading and Managing Trade Unions which he obtained in South Africa.
His expertise and passion for employees is an invaluable asset to The Fund.
Mr. Potongwane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with majors in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Botswana, as well as a Certificate in Management Development Programme - Africa (MDP) from Stellenbosch University in Cape Town. Prior to joining BPOPF he served as an Administration Officer and later a Senior Administration Officer at the Ministry Of Health under Primary Health Care and Public Policy respectively. He joined BPOPF as a Senior Administration Officer in 2006, later serving as the Human Capital and Administration Manager for 5 years and his most recent and current appointment being to Human Capital Director in 2015.
Mr. Legomela Dittah Molodi is currently the General Counsel in the Office of the President, a position that he has held since 2016. He was attained a Master of Laws (Environmental Law) from the University of Natal (SA) in 2002. He has since played an advisory role to various government ministries and officials on the Law and its implications as an Assistant Government Attorney. Molodi also played a significant role and participated in policy formulation as a member of the Attorney General Chamber's Senior Management Team between 2010 and 2018. He has 10 years of experience and a rich knowledge of the Law at a national advisory level.

Mr. Malindah is a member of the Fund advisory board. Prior to his appointment to Chief Executive Officer, he held the position of Investment & Portfolio Director from 2013. He served as the Investment Manager of the Fund from 2010.
Matshidiso joined the Fund in 2010 as the Fund's Internal Audit Manager and later went on to become Director of Internal Audit in 2015 which is a position she still holds today. She previously worked for the Ministry of Local Government as Principal Internal Auditor - Head of Internal Audit Unit and Attorney General Chambers as Senior Internal Auditor. She has 22 years in the field of Internal audit and holds various qualifications including Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). She comes with a world of knowledge in the IA profession, and often upskills herself with the recent certificates being Audit Committee Best Practice and Integrated Risk Management. Her experience, skills and knowledge make her a formidable member of the BPOPF Executive.

Kegaisamang is a seasoned Chartered Accountant who holds more than 20 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. She joined the Fund in 2020 as the Fund Accountant and now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. She has held quite a number of positions both in the public and private sectors with the most recent being the Management Accountant at Botswana National Productivity Centre. Before then she was the Financial Accountant at the same institution. She held the position of Assistant Accountant at Debswana Diamond Company. She is an ACCA- Associate member and holds an MSc Corporate Finance from University of Salford- United Kingdom. She also obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Botswana. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Botswanan Accountancy College and Management Development Program ( MDP) from the Stellenbosch University. She is a self-driven, proactive and motivated team player that has proved to be an asset to the BPOPF
Mercy started with the Fund in 2006 and has moved up in the ranks from Benefits/Fund Administration Manager to the current role she holds which is Director of Member Benefits. She previously worked for DPSM. She holds a Degree in Social Sciences (Public Administration and Political Science) obtained from the University of Botswana, and other qualifications including Pensions Core Course from World Bank and intermediate Certificate in Business Studies (IISA) obtained in 2016 and 2013 respectively. She has a wealth of experience is pension fund administration and her commitment to servicing members is commendable.
