Bhawani Prasad Pandey Jee, a legend Vaidhya, a Learned person of Sanskrit Literature, a Thinker and a Social Worker, so as to bring drastic changes in the status of higher education to realised the role of Purvanchal in over-all development of Nation and to defend the ideal "Humanity" of Late Sri. Bhawani Prasad Pandey Jee.
