Cassandra Foster

Cassandra serves as Vice President of Transactions at Caddis. In her role, Cassandra oversees the execution of acquisition, disposition, and development deals for Caddis' growing portfolio of assets. Before assuming her current role, Cassandra served as Caddis' outside transactional counsel during her tenure with Hallett and Perrin, PC. Cassandra's practice areas included real estate acquisition, disposition, and development, real estate finance, banking, and corporate law. Most recently, she served as Director & Shareholder at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC, where she represented real estate developers and investors, institutional lenders, and private equity groups. Before her time at Otten Johnson, Cassandra practiced at a top international law firm. Cassandra is a member of the Colorado and Texas state bars. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Cassandra is a member of CREW and active on the CREW Denver Education Committee. Outside of work, Cassandra loves spending time with her husband and dogs. Additionally, she is an avid runner, traveler, and Yankees fan.

Jason Hinkel

Jason oversees the property and asset management teams for Caddis. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, property management, leasing, development, and portfolio management. Jason has the proven capability to increase value through cost reduction and control methods. He also has a knack for aligning the interests of multiple parties. Prior to joining Caddis, Jason served in multiple roles with leading firms in the industry, including Flagship Capital, Duke Realty, and Cogdell-Spencer. He has directly overseen the development of over 1.5 million square feet of healthcare properties, including multi-tenant physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and an inpatient rehab hospital. Jason earned his BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from the University of South Carolina and has served in the US Army. He has held leadership positions in several community organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, BOMA Greater Dallas, and the Presbyterian Church (USA). Jason devotes his spare time to his wife Amy, and their three children. His hobbies include Crossfit, reading, cooking and the outdoors. He loves a good laugh and can link a good movie quote to almost any situation.

Kyle A. Miller

Kyle serves as the Managing Director of Development and, as such, he manages the Caddis development and construction team, ensuring that all projects are designed, underwritten, financed and built to achieve the best outcomes for clients. In his role, he also directs the growth of Caddis' Heartis® senior housing development platform in markets across the United States. Kyle served for more than nine years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Among his many accomplishments, he was awarded two Air Medals with Combat ‘V' and was selected as a Naval Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) instructor. He has more than 17 years of leadership experience in the commercial real estate sector. Kyle has led development teams and developed commercial properties for both publicly traded and private companies, including his own firm, in markets throughout Texas and the United States delivering over 5 million square feet of projects. This included serving as Senior Vice President & Director, Development & Investment, at Trammell Crow Company‘s Houston office, where he developed more than 1 million square feet of commercial space in one of the firm's top-performing business units. Kyle graduated with Merit from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. He also received a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of work, he serves on the YMCA Advisory Board and as a Boy Scout leader; and enjoys history, sports, flying, fishing and golf.

Lance M. Hardenburg - CEO

Lance serves as Managing Partner and CEO of Caddis. In those roles, he directs all departmental teams, is actively involved in every major transaction and oversees senior living and medical office operations. Additionally, he steers the strategic direction and initiatives of the Investment Platform and maintains key business relationships that help drive the firm's growth. Since Caddis' beginning, Lance has provided guidance to the company as it successfully grew into a nationally recognized healthcare real estate investment firm. His first position at Caddis was EVP, Transactions and General Counsel; most recently he served as COO. Prior to joining Caddis in 2017, Lance served as Caddis' outside general counsel and was directly involved in all significant company transactions since its inception in 2008. As part of his role, he oversaw the structuring, tax advisory and compliance functions for the firm. During his twenty plus years as a transactional attorney with Hallett & Perrin, P.C., the private practice focused on corporate transactional work, for both public and private companies, that included a variety of equity and debt financings, M&A transactions and real estate development. Lance is a member of Order of the Flags, an organization that raises money to benefit HPISD and the surrounding community. Lance enjoys spending time with his large family, attending kids sporting events, and being involved with his church. Lance earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan and holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University (Economics, Honors College).

W. Todd Jensen - Chief Investment Officer

Todd leads the investment activity at Caddis. In this capacity, he directs the acquisitions team while also providing strategic leadership to business development, capital relationships, and development operations. Todd has more than 25 years of experience with healthcare real estate, in both private and public companies, and he has led the execution of more than 300 transactions totaling in excess of $5 billion. Before assuming his current role, he was Principal of Jensen Property Group, a real estate development and investment firm focused on healthcare, mixed-use and multifamily properties. Prior to that, Todd provided executive leadership to Healthcare Trust, Inc. and its predecessor companies, where he was instrumental in helping raise and invest nearly $5 billion in healthcare related properties. During his tenure there, he served progressively as Chief Investment Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Todd spent more than 15 years with a series of real estate development firms where he was responsible for nearly $500 million of healthcare projects. His experience includes time with DASCO Companies, as Senior Vice President; Lauth Property Group, as Healthcare Partner, where he started and led the company's healthcare division; and as a Partner and Regional Vice President with Hammes Company where he founded and led the Mid Atlantic and Northeast regional offices and helped the company achieve its initial top developer rankings in Modern Healthcare Magazine. Todd received a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a friend of the firm since its formation and has been an investor in several Caddis developments.
