Mr. Arkadiy Bagdasaryan received his BS degree in Marketing from Kingston University (London, UK) in 2012. He started his professional career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at A.K. LLC (Greece).
In 2006-2009 Mr. Bagdasaryan worked at SERANO Company (Greece) as a Logistics Manager & Import Export Manager.
In 2009 Mr. Bagdasaryan became General Manager at SERANO Company (Greece) till 2011.
In 2011 Mr. Bagdasaryan founded: BS Georgia LLC (Georgia)- a wholesale/retail company and served as a director till 2014.
From 2014 Mr. Bagdasaryan is General Manager at Caucasus Paints LLC and member of the Executive Board of Caucasus Business Group, JSC.

Mr. Surguladze received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Mr. Surguladze also received a Ph.D. degree in physics from the National Academy of Sciences, Moscow; MBA in finance and financial engineering, USA, as well as, he has undertaken Ph.D. course in Financial Engineering.
In 1990, Dr. Surguladze began his career as a Research Associate at the Moscow Institute for Nuclear Research, and in 1991-1992, he was a Visiting Professor and Researcher at several universities and scientific institutes in Europe and the United States, including Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Chicago, USA) and International Center for Theoretical Physics (Trieste, Italy). From 1992 to 1999, he was a Research Associate and then Senior Research Associate at two universities in the United States. In the same period, Dr. Surguladze was a referee for leading scientific journals - Physical Review (USA); Physical Review Letters (USA); Physics Letters (Holland); Modern Physics Letters (Singapore) and was a member of the American Physical Society.
In 1999, Dr. Surguladze continued his career on Wall Street as a Trader - Risk Manager at the American Stock Exchange (NASDAQ-AMEX) in New York, and in 2000 - 2001 he was a Senior Vice President/Consultant at Deutsche Bank, London in their Global Credit Derivatives area. From 2001 to 2002, he was a Senior Vice President/Consultant in Risk Finance at Barclays Capital, New York. From 2002 to 2007, Dr. Surguladze was Director of Risk Control at UBS Investment Bank in New York. In 2004-2013 Dr. Surguladze, together with his partners, founded several companies in Georgia, which in 2014, formed Caucasus Business Group, JSC.
In 2009, Dr. Surguladze was appointed as a Member of the Board of the Financial Supervision Agency of Georgia (a mega regulator for banking, insurance, and capital markets). From 2011, Dr. Surguladze is a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Supervisory Board of Georgian Railway, JSC. From 2014 to 2018, Dr. Surguladze is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Caucasus Business Group, JSC. In 2018 - 2020, Levan Surguladze was the Director of the State Pension Agency of Georgia. Since 2020, Dr. Surguladze is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Caucasus Business Group, JSC.
Dr. Surguladze has over 40 highly cited publications in leading scientific journals in USA, Europe, and Asia, as well as he is an author of numerous articles in economics and finance in the Georgian press and a frequent guest speaker on national TV channels.

Marina Guledani is a Founding Partner of CFS Legal Guledani & Partners. Apart from her investment banking expertise and in-depth knowledge of capital market and structured finance products accumulated over several years of investment banking experience associated with management of CFS Investment Bank, Marina has considerable experience in consulting on corporate & contract law, corporate restructuring, WTO law, energy law and other business areas. At various times Marina worked as a Senior Legal Advisor for local representations of CORE International and PA Consulting under USAID energy projects. Marina has also worked for OSCE Mission to Georgia as a lawyer. For several years she taught corporate, trade and finance law at Tbilisi State University, Caucasus School of Business, Black Sea University and Georgian Young Lawyers' Association. Currently Marina teaches the course of Financial Markets and Securities Regulation at Caucasus School of Law for the LL.M program and Business Law at the Executive Dual MBA Program of Caucasus School of Business. She has contributed to international publications (Palgrave publication - State of Law in South Caucasus) and is working on development of a Georgian Manual on Securities Market Law & Regulation.

Mr. David Gulashvili graduated from Georgian-American University with specialization in Business Administration and is currently working on his MBA degree.
In 2009, Mr. Gulashvili started his career as a Deputy Commercial Director at The Media Holding Georgian Times. Mr. George Gulashvili received his BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgian Technical University in 1993. He started his professional career in 1993 at Research Institute of Georgian Technical University.
In 1994-1996 Mr. Gulashvili worked at corporation Malula and Georgian Times newspaper.
In 1997-2000 Mr. George Gulashvili founded: InfoService, PressInfo - a press distribution agency and Tao - a publishing house. In 2004, together with his American partners, Mr. Gulashvili founded Caucasus Auto Import and served as a director till 2009.
In 2004-2014 Mr. George Gulashvili and his partners founded several companies, which formed Caucasus Business Group in 2014. From 2014, Mr. Gulashvili is a member of the Supervisory Board of Caucasus Business Group.

Mr. George Surguladze graduated from Tbilisi Agrarian University in 1993 with specialization of Engineer-Technologist. In 2004 he received his MS in Management of Information Systems from PACE University in New York.
In 1996, Mr. Surguladze founded and managed Georgian-American import-export Company in Georgia. Together with his partners, Mr. Surguladze founded Caucasus Auto Import in 2004 and led the company till 2012. In 2004-2013, Mr. Surguladze, together with his partners, founded several companies in Georgia, which formed Caucasus Business Group in 2014.
