Katy joined the Board as Company Secretary in 2018. She has a background working in charities and also works in two social housing organisations in governance.
Ken joined the Board in 2022 following retirement from the NHS where he worked for 42 years. His vast NHS experience in particular relates to commercial/legal matters, governance, contracting and procurement. He is also a trustee of 2 charities that support work within the local community where he lives in Cutthorpe, and is Vice Chair of Brampton Parish Council. He has a keen sense of social responsibility and is keen to support activities and organisations that aim to help people cope with deprivation, isolation, illness or financial instability.
Employed in the finance sector for 44 years spending most of this time working with local business. Of late specialising in support of Healthcare and Manufacturing customers. A Business Advisor for Young Enterprise I have also lectured at Chesterfield College in finance. As well as banking qualifications I also hold a Marketing Diploma. Joined Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire Credit Union in 2017 as Treasurer and became Vice-chair in 2018.
