Brooks Cleveland - VP

Brooks Cleveland is a retired navy commander with over 2500 flight hours in the F/A-18. A decorated combat veteran, he was named the 2008 Strike Fighter Pilot of the Year and 2010 Instructor Pilot of the Year. Following a successful career in the Navy, Brooks transitioned to supporting the warfighter from the industrial base and has excelled in delivering high-value programs, products, and services back to the operators. As a principal at Cleveland Defense Group, he is responsible for representing some of the biggest names in the US and International Defense Industry and bridging the acquisition gaps with US DoD to put the best equipment, services, and capabilities into the hands of our warfighters.

Mike Stock - VP

Mike Stock is a United States Naval Reserve Commander with over 2500 flight hours in the F/A-18 and F-5N. He is currently serving as a reserve adversary with the Sun Downers of VFC-111 in Key West, Florida providing advanced support to deploying units. He is a decorated combat veteran, serving in the skies over both Iraq and Afghanistan from the decks of the USS Nimitz and USS Eisenhower. Mike was the 2010 George H Bush Award recipient and a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School, TOPGUN. He served as a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor as the subject matter expert in Defensive Countermeasures, and Surface to Air Threats and Counter-tactics. Mike joined with brothers Brooks and Todd Cleveland to found Cleveland Defense Group in 2015. Consulting with corporate leadership, he brings the warfighter's perspective to the industry and creates value for clients in pursuit of government contracts with quick subject matter expert feedback in product development, research, and design. Todd Cleveland - President

Todd is a Commander in the US Navy Reserves where he continues to fly the F/A-18 Hornet. He spent 12 years on active duty that included four combat deployments in support of operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Additionally, Todd graduated from the prestigious US Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and served as a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor training Navy and Marine Corps fighter pilots on F/A-18 tactical employment. After leaving active duty, Todd founded Cleveland Defense Group to continue to help train and equip our warfighters. In developing successful relationships with the biggest multinational defense corporations, he has helped to ensure the warfighter is getting the very best that industry has to offer.
