COEN SURVEYORS - Key Persons

John is a highly successful and motivated Chartered Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience working in the Construction Industry. After gaining considerable experience with a building contractor initially, in areas of project management, quantity surveying and estimating in a senior capacity he set up a quantity surveying practice "Coen Surveyors" in 1996, through which primarily provides Cost and Contractual Advise to Contractors, Property Developers and Private clients involved in the Construction Industry. Over the years John has worked with many of the leading architectural and engineering practices and has been involved in such large projects as Wyeth Medica, Intel Ireland and Irish Cement Ltd We work in the Leinster area generally and in Dublin where most of the construction activity is occurring at the moment.
