Constel Aviation is an Aviation Service and Consultancy firm established in great Paris area, in 1992, to assist Airlines and financial institution in aircraft procurement, marketing, lease management, technical survey and appraisals. It has since enriched the scope of services to include airline management consultancy capabilities in all technical related fields : flight operation, ground operation, maintenance and engineering, human resources and fleet planning.
