Alan Goh - CEO

Alan Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd. He oversees and heads the facilities management business of the Group and is leading CPG FM's digitalisation initiatives with his team of digital enthusiasts from the Office for Digital Solutions. Alan has played an instrumental role in the CPG Group of Companies over the last 17 years. He was responsible for strategic human resources management of CPG's Singapore headquarters and overseas offices, before joining CPG FM to head its corporate services division and subsequently, the facilities management division. His extensive years of strategic HR experience and business acumen have successfully enabled him to lead and direct his team of facilities management professionals to provide a wide array of services from Managing Agent, Integrated Facilities Management, Contracts and Project Management, 24/7 Contact Centre to FM Consultancy. Alan now leads CPG FM's future-ready transformation roadmap and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Double Major - Management & Human Resource) and a Professional Diploma in Digitalisation from the Institute of System Science in the National University of Singapore. Chuck Kho - EVP

Er. Chuck Kho is the Executive Vice President leading the engineering group at CPG Consultants. He has over 26 years of professional experience in Civil & Geotechnical engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, etc. in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, UAE, India and the Philippines. Chuck has successfully led teams in numerous landmark projects, including Gardens by the Bay, Ng Teng Fong General and Jurong Community Hospital, National Gallery of Singapore, National Centre for Infectious Diseases, State Courts and the Marmaray Bosphorus Crossing (Turkey). Dr. MAK Chin Long

Dr Mak Chin Long has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of transport planning, modelling and engineering consultancy works for both public and private agencies and organisations in Singapore and overseas. He has led and advised project teams in more than 150 comprehensive transport and traffic studies for planning and design of transport infrastructure. Selected local key transport projects include Changi Airport Landside (T1, T2, T4, Jewel, CEIZ and T5) and Airside (T1-T5), Tuas SeaPort, Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District, Singapore Sports Hub, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and the North-South Corridor Study. Khew Sin Khoon leads a 2,000-strong workforce and oversees the business and operations of the Group as well as its overseas subsidiaries in China, India, Vietnam, Macau, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. Soo Khoong brings to CPG 35 years of industry insights and a vast wealth of experience gained from his extensive portfolio. Over the past two decades, he has worked on landmark projects, including the National Gallery of Singapore, Gardens by the Bay (South), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National Museum of Singapore, Tuas Checkpoint, and many other projects in Singapore, China, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Oliver Quek - COO

Mr. Oliver Quek is the Group Chief Operating Officer of CPG Corp. In his current role, he oversees operations involving Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Corporate Secretariat functions of the Group. Besides focusing on the operational management of all businesses under the Group, Oliver is also involved in CPG's group-wide business development. He also serves as the Chairman of CPG International, the company's international investment subsidiary. Oliver started his finance career with the Ministry of Finance Singapore.
