Alan Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd. He oversees and heads the facilities management business of the Group and is leading CPG FM's digitalisation initiatives with his team of digital enthusiasts from the Office for Digital Solutions.
Alan has played an instrumental role in the CPG Group of Companies over the last 17 years. He was responsible for strategic human resources management of CPG's Singapore headquarters and overseas offices, before joining CPG FM to head its corporate services division and subsequently, the facilities management division. His extensive years of strategic HR experience and business acumen have successfully enabled him to lead and direct his team of facilities management professionals to provide a wide array of services from Managing Agent, Integrated Facilities Management, Contracts and Project Management, 24/7 Contact Centre to FM Consultancy.
Alan now leads CPG FM's future-ready transformation roadmap and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Double Major - Management & Human Resource) and a Professional Diploma in Digitalisation from the Institute of System Science in the National University of Singapore.

Er. Chuck Kho is the Executive Vice President leading the engineering group at CPG Consultants. He has over 26 years of professional experience in Civil & Geotechnical engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, etc. in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, UAE, India and the Philippines.
Chuck has successfully led teams in numerous landmark projects, including Gardens by the Bay, Ng Teng Fong General and Jurong Community Hospital, National Gallery of Singapore, National Centre for Infectious Diseases, State Courts and the Marmaray Bosphorus Crossing (Turkey).

Dr Mak Chin Long has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of transport planning, modelling and engineering consultancy works for both public and private agencies and organisations in Singapore and overseas.
He has led and advised project teams in more than 150 comprehensive transport and traffic studies for planning and design of transport infrastructure. Selected local key transport projects include Changi Airport Landside (T1, T2, T4, Jewel, CEIZ and T5) and Airside (T1-T5), Tuas SeaPort, Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District, Singapore Sports Hub, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and the North-South Corridor Study. As the President and Group CEO, Ar. Khew Sin Khoon leads a 2,000-strong workforce and oversees the business and operations of the Group as well as its overseas subsidiaries in China, India, Vietnam, Macau, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.
An architect by profession, Sin Khoon brings more than 30 years of architectural experience and takes pride in creating spaces where people feel excited and happy to work and live. He has led many landmark projects including Gardens by the Bay, the New Supreme Court Building, the New Phoenix Park Complex for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and numerous institutional, residential and healthcare projects in Singapore, Myanmar, India and Vietnam.

Over the past two decades, he has worked on landmark projects, including the National Gallery of Singapore, Gardens by the Bay (South), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National Museum of Singapore, Tuas Checkpoint, and many other projects in Singapore, China, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.
One of Soo Khoong's deepest passions and specialist areas is in conservation and adaptive reuse - many of his projects have been gazetted as National Monument Buildings in Singapore and have won numerous awards for their incredible transformations under his watch.

Mr. Oliver Quek is the Group Chief Operating Officer of CPG Corp. In his current role, he oversees operations involving Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Corporate Secretariat functions of the Group. Besides focusing on the operational management of all businesses under the Group, Oliver is also involved in CPG's group-wide business development.
He also serves as the Chairman of CPG International, the company's international investment subsidiary.
Oliver started his finance career with the Ministry of Finance Singapore. He brings to CPG over 20 years of experience and has played a critical role in the corporatisation of PWD, present day CPG Corporation.
Oliver's acute business acumen and his excellent track record of successful investment has made him a constantly sought-after leadership member for the general management and business development initiatives of the CPG Group of Companies.

Mr. Tan Cheng Chuah is the Managing Director of Construction Professionals Pte Ltd, where he leads a team of over 120 resident site staff in providing high quality site supervision services. He also heads PM Link Pte Ltd as its Managing Director, and oversees the company's business and operations.
Cheng Chuah has been with CPG since 2004 and has amassed over 18 years of experience in construction management and project management. Mr. Troy Ng is the Managing Director of CPG Middle East, a branch of CPG Consultants. He oversees the company's business and operations mainly dedicated to clients in the region. With more than 20 years of professional experience in Planning, Architecture and Interior Design, Troy brings invaluable perspectives. His expertise and passion for educational institutions is reflected in the successful completion of the numerous international schools.
Troy has led multi-disciplinary teams from project inception to delivery. He is adept in reconciling complex and technical briefs with multiple stakeholder requirements and expectations. Ms. Iyn Ang is the Managing Director of CPG Signature. With nearly two decades of experience in the design and development industry, both in Singapore and internationally, Iyn's career and expertise encompass a wide range of disciplines, including architecture, landscape design and urban planning. Her keen interest in climate change led her to earn a Master's degree in environmental law, which equips her with a comprehensive perspective on how the world addresses climate change issues and their associated consequences from an international legal standpoint.
Ar. Peter How is a Director of Design at CPG Consultants. With more than 40 years of experience, Peter has been involved in a wide range of diversified and notable projects such as the Tuas and Woodlands Checkpoints, the Singapore Botanic Gardens and the Asian Civilisations Museum.
Peter has a deep passion for heritage and is a key specialist in conservation and adaptive reuse. His love for history shows very clearly in the conservation efforts of many of Singapore's national monuments. His other areas of expertise include master planning, urban design and landscape design. Peter has an active interest in environmental sustainability and is dedicated to conceptualising new approaches and methodologies for sustainable building design.

Ar. Rohani Baharin is the Executive Vice President in charge of CPGairport at CPG Consultants. She played a leading role in the development of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, as well as the major expansion, upgrading and refurbishment works in Terminals 1 and 2.
Beyond Singapore, she has carried out airport planning and design for numerous projects across the globe, including the airports in India, Fiji, Seychelles, Mauritius, Maldives, Philippines, China, Cambodia, Brunei, Myanmar and Vietnam.
Ar. Shankar N Ramasamy leads and oversees the operations of CPG Consultants. With close to 30 years in the industry, he has gained rich experience in a diverse range of typologies. Shankar played an important role in coordinating and developing the master plan of major projects like the redevelopment of Changi Prison Complex and other law enforcement facilities such as the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation and Woodlands Regional Headquarters. Ar. Steven Thor holds more than 30 years of experience in international design, having practised in Singapore and Hong Kong. He has worked on multiple award-winning projects throughout his career, including master plans, mixed-use, residential, resorts and hospitality, as well as commercial and retail designs. He was involved in the design of the La Cite Residential & Mixed-Use Development Foshan, PRC, Unilever Headquarters Jakarta and the Marina Bayfront Towers in Vietnam.

In Singapore, Wai Man oversaw the master planning and terminal design of Changi Airport, which is widely acknowledged as one of the best airports in the world.
Er. Vincent Loh spearheads the international arm of CPG Corporation and oversees CPG Corporation's business development activities across the globe. Vincent has forged strong client relationships in China, Middle East, India, Sri Lanka, North Asia, ASEAN and Singapore.
Vincent is a registered Professional and Chartered Civil Structural Engineer with more than three decades of experience.
