Upon graduating from the New Brunswick Community College, Adam quickly gravitated to the world of Commercial Real Estate. His natural ability to connect with people and deliver results was a obvious fit for the industry. Adam joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in 2013, working alongside seasoned industry professionals. He has since built his own book of business, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and investment real estate. Adam delivers value to clients through education, unique solutions and negotiating a successful deal. A native of New Brunswick, he is heavily involved in the community as a member of the Greater Moncton Progress Club and sits on the Board of Directors for BOMA NB/PEI.

Alec Cranston

Cheryl White joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in March 2010 as Staff Accountant. Cheryl brings 29 years of real estate administrative skills and experience in both financial and office management. In 2005 she obtained her real estate license in order to provide more informed assistance to her fellow real estate agents. Cheryl's extensive knowledge from her past experience in real estate accounting and managerial organization skills are a benefit to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic. Dylan, a marketing major, graduated in 2018 from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. As Marketing Coordinator, he manages all the property, brand marketing and research requirements for the Atlantic region, and is an important member of the Cushman & Wakefield team

Ian Franklin - VP

Ian Franklin brings to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic over 21 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in Office and Industrial leasing and brokerage, as well as investment sales. Ian has a proven track record and has built an excellent reputation, consistently being one of the top commercial real estate agents in New Brunswick. Ian has worked with many of the chartered banks, insurance companies and other national firms in both disposition of assets and tenant representation. Ian is well known in the market for completing property acquisition and disposition assignments including office, industrial, retail and multi-family real estate. Ian has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business in the Greater Moncton area for over 31 years. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield LePage, Ian was Vice-President for Colliers International (Atlantic) Inc. From 1983 to 1996, he was co-owner and Vice President of ReMax Moncton. Ian's professional affiliations consist of the National Commercial Council , Canadian Real Estate Association and the New Brunswick Real Estate Association. Ian comes to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic with a Bachelor of business administration degree from UNBSJ and over 30 years of professional experience focused on sales and business development. He has over 15 years of experience as a commercial realtor and has completed sales, leasing and advisory assignments across the Province of New Brunswick. Ian is a relationship builder and works closely with his clients to assist them in making considered, informed and wise real estate decisions. In the community, Ian has held volunteer positions as the former Vice President of the Saint John Real Estate Board, board member of the St John St Stephen Nursing Home, member of the guiding council for the NB Collaborative on Aging and Health and a board member of the South End Community Food Bank. He has been actively involved with the Fundy Soccer Association for many years as a player and coach. Having lived in the Saint John region for most of his life Ian currently lives with his family in Rothesay, New Brunswick.

Joanne Earle joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic as a Research Analyst over ten years ago. Joanne is now a licensed Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. As such, she has participated in sales and lease transactions throughout Newfoundland and Labrador for a diverse group of corporate and individual clients, primarily in the office and industrial markets. She is a detail-oriented and skilled agent who enjoys the challenges presented by the dynamic market in Newfoundland and Labrador. Joanne earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Acadia University and is a qualified paralegal. An enthusiastic traveler, she received a certificate in TESL and taught in South Korea. Her work experience has been wide-reaching geographically and is both corporate and entrepreneurial including commercial insurance underwriting, teaching English overseas, concrete repair and restoration and legal research, prior to her start in commercial real estate.
