Denise M. Lash, MSW, LCSW, EMDR, RRT and Mediator earned an undergraduate degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University (1986), a Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University (1996), and is a Level III Certified Practitioner in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) since 2009, holds a Level II Certification in EMDR, and a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and Critical Incident Stress Management. She worked at Warrenville Youth and Family Services starting in 1997 and then opened her private practice in Geneva as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Mediator in 2003. Denise continues to find avenues to enhance her counseling and mediation skills through continuing education seminars, workshops, and conferences. Along with her clinical expertise, Denise brings humor, creativity, and dedication to each situation. She focuses on strengths and techniques to promote progress toward desired outcomes.
