At Eastbrook Vegetable Farms we have been growing premium quality Brussels and Red Darling Sprouts for over 60 Years. Not much has changed in this time, we still get up with the sun every morning and grow them as naturally as we can... As of 2025, Eastbrook remains a family-managed farm, now owned and operated by Kent's sons and their partners: Scott and Rochelle, along with Luke and Deb. They cultivate Brussels sprouts, Kalettes, and cabbage across their properties in Mount Barker (500 acres), Nairne (200 acres), and Langhorne Creek (700 acres)... Over the past 10 years, Eastbrook has focused specifically on the Brussels sprout market, and their aim has been to cement their place in this industry and to be known for consistent supply and quality, and with this, to be seen in the produce industry as innovative and industry leaders.
