FAMILY EYE CARE CENTER - Key Persons

Dr. Nathan Knezacek was born and grew up just outside of Esterhazy. He graduated from Esterhazy Central High and continued to the University of Saskatchewan. After 2 years of undergrad, Dr. Knezacek was accepted to the School of Optometry in Waterloo, Ontario. Dr. Knezacek received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1999.

Dr. Sharla Benoit was born and raised in Regina. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with Great Distinction from the University of Regina. In 2010, she received her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honours from the University of Waterloo. She completed internships in Kentucky, Indiana, and Regina. Sharla lives in Regina with her husband and two daugthers. She is active in the music community and plays french horn with the Regina Symphony Orchestra. Sharla is a partner in Family Eye Care Center and enjoys practicing full scope optometry; she welcomes new patients of all ages.
