FOODMATTERS - Key Persons
Anneliese Dressel is the director of Foodmatters. As a registered nutritional therapist and a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, Anneliese gratuated from University College Cork with Bachelors and Masters degree in Nutrition.
Having worked with private clients for over ten years, Anneliese is expert in dealing with a range of health issues, using food and natural medicine to improve the quality of her client's lives. She has also lectured extensively in nutrition in Ireland and is known for her regular radio slot on Cork 103FM's Patricia Messenger programme.
