Dr. Ademola Christopher Adewumi is a distinguished professional with over 25 years of corporate experience in the banking and power sector (distribution). He obtained his first degree in Botany from the University of Lagos, an MBA from the China Europe International Business School, Shanghai and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Entrepreneurship Development (honoris causa) from the ESPAM-Formation University, Cotonou. He started his professional career in banking in 1997 where he held roles in Customer Service Operations, Retail Banking and Corporate Banking for over 18 years at top-ranking banks in Nigeria, including Guaranty Trust Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, FSB International Bank (now Fidelity Bank), United Bank for Africa, Zenith Bank and First Bank of Nigeria before joining IBEDC as Regional Commercial Manager, Ibadan Region in 2016. Dr. Ademola has attended several professional courses in Leadership and Management both in Nigeria and overseas. He has also received several awards for his leadership and outstanding performances in the various establishments he served.

Dr. Napoleon Okosu is a financial expert and an Economist with over 15 years of work experience in private and public sector finance. He's a seasoned banker with over 14 years of work experience at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) where he handled several roles in banking supervision and regulation. In addition, he is a qualified bank examiner and a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA). A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) as well as the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS). Also in his kitty is a Baccalaureate, Master, and PhD degrees in Economics. Other qualifications include an MBA and Masters in Finance. Dr. Okosu is a thoroughbred professional and prolific writer with several publications in local and international journals. His hobbies include reading, writing, and playing table tennis.

Engr. Francis Agoha is a distinguished engineering professional with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning national and international landscapes. Renowned for his exceptional cross-functional expertise and in-depth technical acumen, Engr. Agoha has established a stellar career in the energy and power sector having played pivotal roles in advancing power generation, distribution, and system management throughout his distinguished career. His diverse expertise encompasses power generation, distribution, power plant management, operations and maintenance, business development, and the management of complex power systems equipment. His proficiency also extends to strategic oversight, and operational excellence in high-stakes environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Systems Engineering from the renowned Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Imo State, Nigeria. Engr. Francis Agoha served as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at IBEDC prior to his appointment as Acting Managing Director in June, 2024. In his role as Chief Technical Officer, he was instrumental in driving technical innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and spearheading strategic initiatives that significantly improved the company's overall performance. Before joining IBEDC, Engr. Agoha worked at General Electric International Operations Nigeria, Transcorp Power Limited, Sahara Power Group then West Power & Gas, owners of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) where he was the General Manager, Technical Services. These contributions laid a solid foundation for his current leadership role, where he continues to guide IBEDC toward greater success. Engr. Agoha is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Power Engineers, and a certified professional under the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Before joining IBEDC, he had worked at Kano Electricity Distribution Company as the Chief Revenue Assurance Officer, at Fareast Mercantile Company among others. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Ilorin and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and has attended several professional training courses both locally and overseas.

Mr. Akeem Babatunde has over 30 years' experience in diverse areas of the corporate world. He has worked in several banks including Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited, Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Banker) (which later became City Express Bank), Gateway Bank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc. (Now Access Bank Plc.) and Standard Chartered Bank. His work experience in the Bank covered Risk Management, Special Assets, Legal and Company Secretariat. After leaving Standard Chartered Bank in 2018, Mr. Babatunde went back into private legal Practice with the Law Firm of Akeem Babatunde and Associates from where he joined Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company. Mr. Babatunde holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees and has attended several Management courses both locally and internationally. He is an Honorary Senior Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB).

Mr. Olanrewaju Sadik is a distinguished Central Banker with over three decades of exemplary service in the financial sector. Renowned for his depth of expertise, he has built a stellar career spanning Development Finance, Credit Management, Currency and Reserve Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Risk and Compliance Management, Quality Assurance, Audit, and Branch Operations. A consummate professional, Mr. Sadik is a Fellow of both the Institute of Credit Administration and the Institute of Management Consultants, and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM). His academic background is equally impressive, holding qualifications in Electrical-Electronics, Banking & Finance, and an MBA. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Lead City University, Ibadan. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his participation in several prestigious leadership and management programs, both locally and internationally. These include training at the World Bank (USA), Kellogg School of Management (USA), JP Morgan Chase (USA), Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK), the West African Institute of Financial and Economic Management, the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Nigeria's foremost leadership and policy think-tank and the International Training Institute (CBN), among others.
