In 2008, due to the faltering economic climate and the effect it has had on the owned real estate portfolio of the nation's banks, Jewell Analytics diversified into a multi-dimensional company providing analytics, due diligence, and project management to all players in the banking and real estate arena. As such, we are now producing Marketability Reports, Due Diligence Reports, and Project Management services for bank loan portfolios, bank-owned assets, investors, developers, and other real estate professionals.
