JIM

Jim has been a State College residence since 1970. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and the law school at West Virginia. After a term in the Army in the late ‘60s and ‘70s, Jim initiated his legal career with Keystone Legal Services, representing low-income individuals with consumer and housing issues. He worked with the disabled community to help establish a transit facility for Centre County disabled citizens which is in existence to this day...
