In addition to operating under fee-for-service agreements with multiple private health plan providers, KBBH offers sliding scale and reduced fee agreements and provides contractual services to those eligible for the Oregon Health Plan. We proudly partner with additional funding organizations including Cascade Health Alliance, Criminal Justice Commission, Oregon Department of Human Services, and various private foundations. KBBH is a State Licensed Child Care Agency and holds Certificates of Approval from Oregon's Department of Human Services for Community Treatment Services for Children and Intensive Treatment Services for Children. In addition to licensure through the Oregon Health Authority to operate as a Secure Residential Treatment Facility, KBBH holds Certificates of Approval to provide a wide range of behavioral health services including Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders, Outpatient Mental Health Services to Children and Adults, Outpatient Substance Use..
