Alysa Andrews

Alysa became interested in pursuing law at a young age. After graduating from Florida International University from the College of Business, she went on to immediately pursue a law degree from Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Becoming a guardian ad litem for Osceola County ultimately changed the trajectory of Alysa's law career path from being corporate law focused to being family law focused. At a chance meeting during a networking retreat, Alysa would meet Attorney La-Zondra Randolph and begin interning with LCR Legal during her last year of law school. Alysa would later go on to participate in Barry's Collaborative Family Law Clinic which cemented her interest in pursuing family law upon graduation. Alysa is currently a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Alysa still maintains an interest in corporate law and, in addition to practicing family law, will head the employment law and business law divisions. Alysa maintains a wealth of knowledge from her previous experiences and The Law Offices of La-Zondra C. Randolph, P.A. is excited and blessed to have her as our associate attorney!

Andrea Diaz

Andrea Diaz is a Florida A&M University (FAMU) alum who graduated with her Master's in Criminal Justice. Andrea interned at the State Attorney's Office for a summer where she was exposed to the complexities of the field of law. There she gained valuable experience that she still uses in practice today. Andrea also has a heart for serving the community. During her tim eat FAMU, she was awarded title as "Sister of the Year" from Big Sister, Little Sister, a non-profit mentoring organization geared towards impacting women, youth, and communities worldwide. Andrea is a spring initiate of The Real Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she served as the Risk Management Chair. Andrea's strong work ethic also earned her the title of "Most Hard Worker" from Sister Circle, a women's empowerment organization. Andrea's passion for serving the community solidified her career in pursuing justice by working legal field. She wholeheartedly believes in fighting for justice, retribution, and rehabilitation. We are happy to have her on the team as LCR Legal's newest Legal Assistant. Welcome Andrea!

Attorney Randolph

Attorney Randolph is an Arbitrator, Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, and a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida and Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals (FACP). Attorney Randolph is also a member of and holds many positions in professional organizations such as Board Member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, West Orange Chamber of Commerce, Eatonville Chamber of Commerce, Christian Chamber of Commerce, Central Florida, The Family Law Section of the Florida Bar; Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar; Florida Justice Association; Paul C. Perkins Bar Association; National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40; Florida A&M University National Alumni Association, Feed My Sheep Resource Center, Inc., Women on the Rise, International, Board Member CEO Chick Institute, Inc., and Women's Council of NAREB.
