We are members of the Nevada Bar and give legal opinions on Nevada corporations. We form Nevada corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs) for our clients... We have clients from Canada and Asia as well as the United States. Our corporate clients represent a good cross-section of industry. While many clients are engaged in mining and mineral exploration, others are in ecommerce, independent film production, retail sales, petroleum marketing, green energy, recycling, financial services and dozens of other lines of business that are important to the world economy. While a majority of our United States clients are incorporated in Nevada, they are based throughout the United States, with a concentration in New York, Florida and California.
