MATCHSTICK SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
Andy is the Principal of Matchstick Solutions and has over 30 years of industry experience having worked for BOC Gases, ICI, Nissan Motor Company and British Telecom across three continents. He was a General Manager at BOC who was responsible for the successful outsourcing of the transport fleet, integrated and centralised contact centres in the UK, USA and Australia and developed a number of extremely effective sales teams. During this time he became accredited as a sales trainer and a change practitioner. At the heart of everything he did and achieved were the people and this is also a central focus for Matchstick Solutions. He has franchise and network experience gained through his Business Development role at Nissan. During this time he also broadened his product knowledge and training experience in the Motor Industry - and credits his success to the people he was privileged to work with. During his career he has developed a passion for coaching, training and development of individuals and truly believes that people are the key to organisational success. Andy has extensive links with a broad range of industry professionals and trainers to ensure we can provide solutions for any of your business needs!
