North Valley Health Center (NVHC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation located in Warren, MN and is the only primary care medical facility located in northwest Minnesota's Marshall County... North Valley Health Center is committed to providing quality, compassionate care and is proud to offer a wide array of services... NVHC began in 1905 when community members built the first hospital. It was known as the Warren Hospital until 1981. The present facility was constructed during this time in 1958 along with the clinic addition in 1977. From 1981 to 1994, NVHC was known as Warren Community Hospital.
