Before Onsophic, Ian held multiple executive positions including Senior Director at Apple responsible for rebuilding two US-wide organizations - Systems Engineering and Professional Services (separate P&L within Apple). He also founded a multi-million dollar consulting company that was acquired by a dot-com.

Prior to Onsophic, Tom was a highly technical Silicon Valley engineer working on projects at Borland, EVS, Google and Apple.
