Allison L. E. Wallace, the program's Director of Business Development, has been NCA's Executive Director since 2006. Previously she was Executive Director of The Goodrich-Gannett Neighborhood Center for over 15 years. With over 30 years experience in various positions with nonprofits and corporations, she has significant skills relevant to the proposed work. She holds a M.A. degree, and serves on numerous local and state boards and committees.
John Guinan has nearly 20 years experience in Information Technology - from web development, system administration to data security.

Lee DeAngelis serves as the Director of Support Services. Previously he worked for over 17 years at a community based organization as the Director of Operations and for 15 years he was the Regional Director of a national environmental organization. Lee holds a M.S. degree.
Linda Stewart, Accounting Clerk, previously worked in administrative support at Goodrich-Gannett Neighborhood Center. Her experience spans nearly 30 years, including positions at the Cleveland Foundation and Cleveland State University. Linda has a B.A. degree.
Richard P. Bedell, CPA, MBA serves as NCA's Chief Financial Officer. Over 30 years, Rich has worked at various Cleveland businesses including Hausser + Taylor, CPA's, IMG and the Cleveland Browns. He has served as Director of Finance at a large non-profit, ASM International, and serves on the boards of various Northeast Ohio non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and Financial Executives International Northeast Ohio Chapter, having served at its president.
