While Peabody Hotels & Resorts is a "new" model for Belz Enterprises, the company is no stranger to managing hotels. During the mid-80s, Belz Enterprises was the largest franchisor of Holiday Inns. Up until recently, the company owned, branded, and operated three independent luxury hotels. We continue to carry much of that infrastructure with us into this new concept of Asset Branded and Managed vs. Asset Owned... Peabody Hotels & Resorts is a trusted partner that will provide solutions for raising brand awareness and increasing financial performance... We also retain some very important out-of-market relationships. As an independent hotel, we are an active member of Historic Hotels of America, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Elite Meetings, and Associated Luxury Hotels. We work closely with these organizations to assist with brand awareness and financial improvement within all market segments.
