Rembe Urban Design + Development is a forward thinking real estate development company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our passion lies in creating mixed use housing communities that emphasize walkability and sustainability, all with the goal of enhancing the quality of life in our city... We specialize in placemaking by developing housing within Albuquerque's urban environments, enabling our residents to easily bike to work or stroll to nearby restaurants. Moving forward, our focus lies within cottage style build for rent projects and mixed-use workforce housing... We believe that thoughtful design can positively transform local neighborhoods. By focusing on the pedestrian and placemaking, our projects inspire heathy lifestyles that encourage alternatives methods of transportation. In 2020, we brought architecture in house. This gives us the ability to ensure every design choice is intentional.
