The menu specialty was Pit-Cooked Barbecue Pork and Chicken with daily specials of Southern-Style, home cooked meals... The Rose Hill Restaurant menu specialty is Pit-Cooked Barbecue Pork and Barbecue Chicken with daily specials of Southern Style, home cooked meals. It has a capacity of around 200 people and is still operated by the Buckner Family, serving the Best Home Cooked Meals in the South.
