, has over 30 years of experience in the Industry. working several years for other companies, from welding on the floor in production shops, to supervising and managing a company for other owners. In 2001, Richard was joined by his daughter Joelene and most recently his son Derrek. RNR has numerous customers in the structural, mechanical and construction industries. Many of which have been doing business with him since the beginning of his first business started in 1983.
