My passion for health and fitness started over 20 years ago training in various martial arts. This led me to studying the healing arts specifically; massage therapy and bodywork. After gaining state licensure my education continued in CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, IASTM (FAKTR), Functional Range Release (FR), and Neuro-Structural Kinesiology Taping and a variety of other advanced courses. Seeing the link between proper human movement and health led me to obtain high level training and certifications in the field of strength and conditioning and performance enhancement with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialists. I also hold certifications in kettlebell training from Dragon Door and multiple certifications under world renowned strength coach Steve Maxwell. I expanded my ability to look at each individuals specific needs by studying at Paul Chek's CHEK Institute as well.
