Patrick moved to Asheville in 2011 after spending his formative years in Minnesota and Hawaii crafting dual careers in software and music. His desire to be closer to his family, who have called Western North Carolina home for nearly 20 years, brought him here. Since living in Asheville, Patrick has built strong relationships in the community. You might catch him drumming for his church on Sundays, playing music in local venues in the evenings, or working on the family farm.
A few years ago, Patrick's brother, Steve Armitage of Sarver Realty, helped him purchase his first home. "Steve and Sarver Realty guided me through every step of the process. It was a dream come true and inspired me to want to help others achieve the same thing."
Patrick is an educated broker with a strong desire to be of service to his clients. His knowledge of the area and his desire to serve others gives his clients confidence in the work he does for them.
