Stratford Manor strives to maximize independence and quality of life for every patient and resident and we consider ourselves a partner in care and a partner in recovery. Our interdisciplinary team approach involves the patient and their family in every phase of the treatment and recovery process... Our facility offers all of the comforts of home combined with skilled care for every individual's needs. Based on a resident's need, our staff will develop a program suited to each individual. A patient will have the option to stay for short term or to make Stratford Manor their new home.
